An artist at heart, soul and mind, who stumbled into the Corporate World hit by a train called life, Sowmya Parthasarathy is a dancer, photographer, film maker and a human watcher. She has worked across a spectrum of organizations in media & advertising before focusing on the human side of life. In her career, Sowmya has mentored women professionals across India while driving India-wide initiatives to build an ecosystem for women to achieve their true potential. She is the founder of Movement +ve, a social enterprise that offers life-readiness programmes in schools and colleges, focused towards providing an art-based experiential learning that enables individuals to set and achieve positive goals. At Carpé Diem, she is an all-rounder, working towards sales, strategy, experiential content design and delivery.
Sruthi Venkataramani

As an ICF credentialed Erickson International coach (ACC), Sruthi Venkataramani is a leadership & executive coach for professionals across industries, contexts and stages of life. She is a certified practitioner of Emotional Intelligence.
While being based in the Philippines since 2 years, she has coached people across 10 countries, through virtual interactions for a year and counting. Her key focus areas are career management, work life integration, enhancing emotional intelligence, emotional infrastructure building, feeling stuck in career, enhancing performance, making key decisions at work and life, professional relationships, transitions.
Having worked as a HR professional for over 11 years prior to embarking on her journey as a coach, Sruthi has been a part of two distinct growth stories in her corporate stint - a multinational FMCG and India’s leading listed Real estate company. These experiences have required her to drive people - outcomes that enable business results, manage change and set leadership vision and culture, with leaders, teams and businesses. She enjoys working in the growth phase of businesses. In her last role, she was heading HR for a region (General Manager – HR), for Godrej Properties (P&L of revenue INR 12 billion), ~300+ people, ~70 contractors.
Her personal interests include travel, experimenting with food, public speaking, dance, writing & cartooning.

Having had successful HR stints across MNCs like Infosys, ESPN Star Sports, Boston Consulting Group, & Snapdeal among others, as a Behavioural Facilitator & Performance Coach, she is super passionate about helping organizations & mind-sets transform for the better. Trained across various modalities like Brain Based Results Coaching, Neuro-linguistic programming & T-group Leadership Lab facilitation among others, she leverages neuroscience, art-based & experiential methods for driving mind-shifts for individual & organizational excellence. Geared towards combating business challenges with people solutions, her calling is to work with people & teams to figure out their true purpose & rock at it! Apart from that, she always finds time to look at the world upside-down, from a headstand.
